On Architecture Day, the Danish Architecture Center will extend its opening hours and host several activities and experienced architects. The event was attended by over three thousand guests in 2022.
The Hermitage Run

The Hermitage Run takes place in Dyrehaven, in North Zealand. The 13.3km route, designed as a Figure 8 is a run for everyone and focuses on nature and environmental protection, working with several different sustainability initiatives.
Dance like nobody is watching

The Absalon’s event is an invitation to take the dance floor without holding back. Lisa Sommer and Rikke Libak will guide the dance and lead together with a DJ to reach highs of ecstatic dance.

BUSTER – Copenhagen International Film Festival for children and youth – opens its doors for two weeks of ambitious and entertaining films from across the world. The festival prides itself in challenging the conventional way of thinking about film for a younger audience and presents a strong and interesting program.
Quiz Night

Studenterhuset’s Original Quiz is a bilingual quiz – Danish and English – with beer bonus prizes and money for the winning team. The teams are from 2 to 4 persons and some questions are focused on Denmark so it is better to team up with a Dane.
King Buffalo

King Buffalo is a trio consisting of vocalist/guitarist Sean McVay, bassist Dan Reynolds and drummer Scott Donaldson. Since forming in 2013, the heavy psych band has established its name via four EPs, and five full-length albums with the latest Regenerator, released in September 2022 (Stickman Records).
FEWS

FEWS formed in 2014 with San Francisco-born Frederick Rundquist at the front, and their noisy post-punk-meets-shoegaze has since the very first single caught the attention of audiences far and wide. In previous albums, they have seen the world through general observations.
Make Do With Now: New Directions in Japanese Architecture

Introducing the thinking and practices of a new generation of Japanese architects and urbanists that creatively “make do” – with limited resources, found materials, or existing spaces. The curators from the Swiss Architecture Museum will introduce the exhibition on October 6, 16:00.

Bøssehuset Cabaret

The Cabaret theme is “at our age” due to the fact that the house is now an older lady of 50 years. There will only be 30 tickets on sale for each performance for DKK 69, and with these tickets, you secure the best seats in front of the stage. In addition, there will be limited sales of tickets for the cheap rows at the door for DKK 100 on the evening itself.
Green Market

Grønt Marked is a non-profit association that works to contribute to a more sustainable food system with stronger communities around good, local food. At each market, you can meet 15-20 small local farmers and food producers who bring seasonal vegetables and fruits, goat cheese, cider, eggs, flowers, meat from responsibly raised animals and much more.
Sister with transistors

Sisters With Transistors (2020) shows rare testimonies and archive footage of female pioneers in electronic music. The documentary unravels a unique emancipation struggle and narrates the evolution of electronic music, restoring the central role of women in this journey.
LINA Conference: Alliances for a Resourceful City
