Celebrating inclusiveness
The event includes EuroGames contests in 29 sports, an arts festival and the largest human rights forum for LGBTQ + issues to date.
Alice Vallienne, a business developer in innovation for Ørsted’s LGBTQ + & Allies’ network, hailed the initiative.
“As an employee and representative of the LGBTQ + community, I think it’s great that Ørsted places so much emphasis on creating an inclusive culture in the workplace – everyone collaborates on the common goal of diversity,” she said.
