There are many folks who are curious about whether they can be granted a loan online. If you are suddenly in a situation where you need money, it may be worth considering. But what should you include in your considerations? You can read more about that here.

What does an online loan entail?

An online loan, like any other loan, involves a bank or lending company lending you a sum of money in exchange for repaying it over a fixed period of time. They then receive interest and any fees to lend you money. It’s interest rates and fees loan companies and banks online make money on, and it’s definitely something to consider before taking out a loan online.

However, there is no doubt that there are many bililge lån online. You can find the cheapest by comparing several loans before you borrow money. It is always a good idea to research what other options are available so that you do not end up paying unnecessarily much for your loan.

Why is it expensive to borrow?

It is also a good idea to familiarize yourself a little with why it is, that it quickly becomes expensive with a loan online. After all, not all loans are equally expensive and there are cheap loans, but they can still be a little more expensive than they would be in a physical bank. It has to do with security. Security is a term used in loans to explain what you provide as security for a bank or a loan facility. These can be valuables such as property that the bank can redeem if, against all odds, you are unable to comply with the loan agreement you have made with your bank. In that case, the bank has security.

However, this is not the case when you borrow money online. Then it is usually a matter of what is called an unsecured loan, where you do not have to provide security for your loan. An unsecured loan is therefore usually a little more expensive than a bank loan in a physical bank, because that is how the online bank gets security. In other words, security looks just a little different, and seems less comprehensive. However, this does not mean that it is less safe to borrow money online, but it is a good idea to familiarize yourself thoroughly with the terms and conditions that apply to your loan.

Examine conditions carefully

Before you borrow money online, it is important that you research the loan conditions. All the different loans you find online have some conditions you must meet in order to be allowed to borrow money. These are things like age limit, in many cases income and financial circumstances and that you live in Denmark. This is checked through an automatic credit rating. If you pass this and meet the various conditions, then you will usually be approved for the loan you have applied for. This process only takes a few minutes.

Therefore, it is a good idea to start your own process at the same time and make some thorough considerations before taking out an online loan.

A survey carried out by Megafon for TV2 has found that 71 percent of parents have handed over children to daycare in spite of them being sick.

Moreover, 21 percent of those surveyed admitted to medicating their kids with paracetamol, such as Panodil, before sending them to school.

The FOLA parents’ organisation is shocked by the findings.

“I think it is absolutely crazy. It simply cannot be that a child goes to school sick and plays with lots of other children. Then we are faced with the fact that they will infect the whole institution,” said FOLA chair Signe Nielsen.

Pill pushers
At the Børnehuset daycare institution in Silkeborg a meeting was called where parents were implored not to bring their sick children to school.

At Børnehuset there are fears that parents prefer to pack their kids off with a pill without informing teachers.

“We occasionally have children who that they have had a pill for breakfast,” said headteacher Susanne Bødker. “You might think that it is a Panodil more than a vitamin pill, if it is a child who has just been sick, for example.”

Parents sick and tired
Parents, when confronted, often cite pressure at work as a reason for not being able to stay at home with their children.

Many declare that they simply cannot take another day off, as they are afraid of being fired.

Allan Randrup Thomsen, a professor of virology at KU, has heavily criticised the parents’ actions, describing the current situation as a “vicious circle”.

“It promotes the spread of viruses, and it adds momentum to a cycle where parents are pressured by high levels of sick-leave. If they then choose to send the children to daycare while they are still recovering, they keep the epidemic going in daycares, and this in turn puts a greater burden on the parents.”
