Charter flights are selling like hotcakes
Charter flights from Denmark to holiday destinations in southern Europe are selling out fast this month as the Danes are escaping another rainy summer.
Package holiday operators rejoice after they had to significantly discount their offers in June.
For instance, the charter airline Spies has sold about 8,500 seats just in the first ten days of July and has only 4,500 seats left.

Star Tour and Bravo Tours have also reported most of their charter flights are nearly sold out.
Stig Elling from Bravo Tours estimates that more than 100,000 Danes will spend this summer in vain.
After the terrorist attacks in Turkey and Egypt, the Danes are choosing destinations such as Mallorca and Greece, where hotel rooms are also selling out quickly.
